Top 10 Saturday Night Live Christmas Sketches

Claus Wars Logo Final Main No Stars 195Greetings Boys and Girls, There are many wonderful Christmas movies on Santa’s annual Holiday must-see list. I would not be being honest with you if I didn’t tell you that I am the star of most of them. Vanity is one of Santa’s flaws, I’m afraid. Unfortunately, Hollywood produces more garbage than gems these days, so you have to sort through a lot of coal to find the real Christmas Movie diamonds. I hope you enjoy my selections, and consider adding them to your Christmas Movie list, too.

Santa’s favorite Christmas movie of all time is based on Charles Dickens’ classic story “A Christmas Carol”.  He wrote the story in 1843, but it’s message is timeless. Particularly in today’s world where the working class is still being trampled upon and the spirit of Love, Kindness and Charity have seemingly disappeared. There have been countless movies made, with a multitude of actors. Nearly every sitcom and cartoon series ever made used the story for a Holiday episode.  There is a great deal of debate as to who best performed the role of Ebeneezer Scrooge. Today, in my role as Father Christmas, I declare that the very best version of “A Christmas Carol” is….

1.     A Christmas Carol – 1984 – starring George C. Scott as Ebeneezer Scrooge

You may watch this movie in it’s entirety right here on The Claus Wars:

BONUS MOVIE:

One of Santa’s Twitter followers, @SeannSara, reminded me of one of her favorite movies, The Gremlins. The original is one of Santa’s favorites, too. Enjoy!

I hope that you enjoy Santa’s Top 10 Christmas Movies as much as I do! I hope that this Christmas you remember to keep Love in your hearts and spread Kindness and Charity throughout your world.

I’d like to know what your favorite movies are too, so please let me know in the comments below!
